My Payments Plus Transition
Frisco ISD will move to new, separate systems for accepting online payments in the 2019-20 school year. Both systems, School Café and OnlineSchoolFees, will reduce processing fees for debit and credit card transactions and provide a free payment option using electronic checks.
At the end of the current school year, remaining cafeteria balances in the existing system, MyPaymentsPlus, will be automatically transferred to School Café. If your student is not returning to Frisco ISD in the fall, please click here to request a cafeteria refund.
Please see this letter for more information regarding the transition.
Have your students started the Summer Reading Challenge?
If not, start today. We encourage all students to read at least 2-3 hours per week over the summer to prevent the “Summer Slide”. Research shows that children who don’t read during the summer months can lose up to two months of learning by the time they return to school in the Fall. Children who participate in Summer Reading programs and read a minimum of six books over the summer score higher in Reading and Mathematics when they return to school.
Your students can get a head start in earning Camper Cash for next school year, by taking on the Pink Summer Reading Challenge! To learn more about the challenge, click on the link below. Also, linked below is a reading log your student can use to log the books he/she reads.
Help your child set a goal and start reading! For resources to assist your child in book selection, check out Mrs. Rivas, Pink Librarian’s web page by clicking here.
